I have sent emails for cancellation of my account. Still I have not received any response from them and they are delaying to refund my amount. They have created my domain one day after the payment and that too I had to call them and informed about this. Do not waste your time with this host. I recommend you to host with yahoo, even if it expensive, at least their servers are up most of the time.
