I got an email from my user and have the following comments about StartLogic service.

I would like to recommend you REMOVE Startlogic from you top web
hosting companies. Every time I have tried to contact their support I
have to wait for a minimum of a half hour before someone answers. It
clearly states on their site that they have 24/7 support either
through their site or by phone.
Even the “Live Chat” on their site doesn’t work.
On top of that, they did a server control panel update yesterday and
apparently didn’t beta test it at all because it disabled one of my
clients 2 web sites that were converted to the new system. Only a
support call (that I had to wait for) got them back up and running.
No other web host I’ve ever used has had these support issues.
By the way, in the email sent to my client stating that they have
upgraded to the new system, they told him that he should go through
his entire site and test every page to make sure it was working
properly. What provider would ask their CLIENT to do that? Not only
should my client not have to do that, but Startlogic should have
tested everything out first.
I give Startlogic 1 star. What’s the point of having 24/7 tech
support if no one is there to provide the support?

Looks like it is related to their recent control panel upgrade to vDeck 3.0. All old accounts are being copy to a new hosting platform. see http://www.startlogic.com/info/systemnotice.bml?id=5876
