Question :-

My old host is being expired so i compressed my files to a zip file arround 1.4 Gb. How can i transfer this compressed file to my new host? thank you

Answer :-

Two ways -

1. First, you can download the entire 1.4GB file to your own computer and then upload to your hosting space using FTP.
2. Second, if your new host allow SHELL access, you can do wget http://youroldsite/thefile.zip . This is the fastest way.
